Orders and Shipping
I send out the packages as soon as possible, after receiving payment, usually every monday. Depending on where you live, the shipping can take somewhere between 1 to 2 weeks, using economy posting. If you would like to speed up the delivery, you can contact me about using a different postal service, using my e-mail,
If you also ordered the phyto certificate, time before delivery gets delayed by about 2 weeks, due to administration. Your plants will stay planted during that time and will not be exposed out of soil.
Simply click on “My account” button at the top of the homepage. There, you will be able to register, using your e-mail address. The password for your account will then be sent there too. You can both login and logout in the same tab.
Login to your account, go to “Addresses”. There you can edit both your billing and shipping address.
Login to your account, go to “Orders”. There you can see your current and past orders. You will be given a tracking number via e-mail, once I send out the package.
No. There is no pay gate on this website. You can pay using paypal or bank transfer so I have no access to your credit card information.
No, I don´t. You only pay for the plants and shipping, eventually phyto certificates.
I ship internationally from Czech republic. Shipments outside of the EU are at your own risk.
I always try to ship in one package, unless you as a customer ask me to split your order into more packages.

Returns and Exchanges
Since I ship living plants, I can not accept returns, nor exchanges. Because of the fact that I have no control over the shipment after it leaves my country, I can not take responsibility for delays or other problems at customs or the postal systems in other countries or destinations.

You can always change it in your account, or if you´ve already made an order with the incorrect shipping address, you can reach out to me over mail and I will change it for you. If you realize you entered the wrong address after the package has been shipped, there is sadly nothing I can do to help.
Yes, by reaching out to me over e-mail or facebook and including your order number (you can find it in “Orders” section of your profile). This is applicable only before the package has been shipped. Afterwards, there is sadly nothing I can do to help.
Currently, I do not offer pre-orders, due to limited quantity.
